We provide full screening answering services for each of your locations. We can customize our services to meet your specific requirements.
When it comes to answering the calls for your clients, the PROS can either answer for the entire company or just specific clients. Our basic service includes call answering, using the custom script provided by each client. After greeting the caller, we will transfer the call to the desired destination, whether voicemail, a cell phone, or any other external number selected by your client. We can custom design a plan for clients with a high volume of calls or only the occasional call.
Sometimes your client needs a little more information before they receive the call. The PROS team is trained to take the caller’s basic information and screen the call to the destination that has been specified by the client. When it comes to enhanced call answering for your clients, our team can either screen for the entire company or just for specific clients of that company. If your client does not answer the call in three rings, our staff can forward the caller to the client’s voicemail. If your client receives higher than normal call volume, we can arrange a rate that meets their needs.
If you sign up for the Enhanced Call Answering Plan, we can further assist callers by taking a personal message and emailing it directly to your client. The PROS team will record and send the caller’s name, what the call is regarding, and the caller’s contact information.
A PROS team member can verbally take a message from a caller and, immediately following the call, verbally relay the message to your client by phone.
Standard personalized call answering greetings can contain up to 16 words. In the event that a company needs a more detailed greeting, we can enhance the service to meet their requirement.
Our answering plans come with enough coverage for 94% of our clients. We understand that there are some users that have an unusually high call volume. In the rare case that the user exceeds the allotted calls, our staff is prepared to handle the increased volume. Additional charges will apply for calls that exceed the package plan.
Through the management team of Workspace Strategies, we are capable of managing your WUN phone system and Medusa, including the install, trouble shooting, activation and deletions. If you choose to manage your own systems, our team of experts can train your staff on all the services and features of the WUN platforms.
