PROS was created by Karen Condi, President of Workspace Strategies . With over 18 years of shared workspace experience, Karen came to the realization that most workspaces are not set up to properly answer the phones of the clients. In most cases, the workspace is reliant on the receptionist to answer the calls, which can make for unpleasant interaction with the caller. Realizing that it is cost prohibitive to hire dedicated operators, Karen concluded that there was an opportunity, through the WUN technology, to seamlessly answer the client’s calls through a centralized location.
